This event is for high school students only.  Online registration and $100 non-refundable deposit must be received in order to secure your spot.

* You must have a current North Jax Baptist Medical Waiver form on file in order to participate in this event.  If you have not submitted one for 2026, please complete the form attached to your confirmation email.  Be sure to complete the entire section for Insurance information and have two witness signatures at the bottom of the form.
