Deadline to register is May 25.  If you child is not registered and does not have a NJBC medical information formed turned in by May 25, they will not be able to attend.  If you have any questions, please call the church office.  

* You must have a current NorthJax Baptist Medical form on file in order to transport your child for this event.  If you have not submitted one for 2025, please complete the form attached to your confirmation email. Be sure that the forms is completed in its entirety (including medical insurance information) and two adult witness signatures at the bottom of the form.
