🛠 Mission Outreach:
Kids will partner with Grounds of Grace Community Center to deliver blessing bags they’ve packed.

⚠ Important:
If your child will participate in the Saturday away mission project, please indicate this during the registration process. This information is necessary so we can plan transportation and ensure we have adequate supervision.

Additionally:

• All children taking part in the mission project must have an NJBC medical information form on file.

• If your child will join us later at 1:30 PM after Upward, please note that on the registration form as well.

* You must have a current North Jax Baptist Medical Waiver form on file in order to participate in Saturday Mission project portion of this event.  If you have not submitted one for 2025, please complete the form attached to your confirmation email.  Be sure to complete the entire section for Insurance information and have two Adult witness signatures at the bottom of the form.
